To ensure that we are able to continue to offer low prices, Chic e-Boutique accepts limited returns. If you feel that an item was

Please note while shopping at Chic that because most of our items are one-of-a-type merchandise and our inventory is not updated in
real-time, there is a remote possibility that an item may be sold twice. Should this occur, the item will be sold to the first purchaser
based on the timestamp of the order. The second purchaser will receive a full refund via the same method that payment was made.

funds for a few days until the check clears. We would then issue the refund as soon as we're notified by PayPal that the check has

But if it is something that is major, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the
situation.
